Connect Bank Norwegian to Penge
Bank Norwegian is a branchless Norwegian bank best known for its credit card and savings account, and it operates across the Nordics. Penge connects to it read-only over Open Banking, so card spending that used to sit in its own app lands next to the rest of your accounts.
How it works
- 1Open Penge on your iPhone, tap to add a bank, and choose Bank Norwegian.
- 2Log in with BankID, just as you normally would with Bank Norwegian.
- 3Approve read-only access. Penge can see your balances and transactions but can never move money, and your login details are never stored.
- 4Your accounts import automatically and keep refreshing for the roughly 90-day Open Banking consent period.
What about credit cards?
Some credit cards are not covered by Open Banking. If a Bank Norwegian card does not show up, you can upload a statement instead and Penge reads the transactions straight from it.
