What to include in your message
A few details help us understand the problem and give you a useful answer without a long email exchange:
- For an app issue, tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and which device and app version you use.
- For a bank connection issue, include the bank, country and the step where it stopped. Never send a password, BankID code or full account number.
- For a feature idea, describe what you are trying to achieve. That helps us understand the need behind the suggestion.
