Trumf bonus to EuroBonus: 13.5 or 10 points per krone, and the order that decides it

An automatic transfer from Trumf to SAS EuroBonus gives 13.5 points per krone. A one-off transfer gives 10. The catch is that you can only start an automatic transfer while your balance is low, so the order you do things in decides what a large bonus is worth. It is urgent if you want Talkmore's 1,500 kroner welcome bonus: the last day to order is 13 October 2026.
Key takeaways
- An automatic transfer to SAS EuroBonus gives 13.5 points per krone of Trumf bonus. A one-off transfer gives 10 points per krone. The automatic one gives 35 per cent more points for the same money.
- You can only start an automatic transfer while your Trumf balance is below the threshold you pick, and 200 kroner is the highest threshold. With more than 200 kroner on the account you cannot start one at all.
- So set up the automatic transfer first and collect the bonus afterwards. The other order locks you to 10 points per krone until you have spent the balance down.
- Talkmore pays 1,500 kroner of Trumf welcome bonus on orders placed from 29 September to 13 October 2026. That is 20,250 points on an automatic transfer and 15,000 on a one-off.
- The welcome bonus is paid after two months as a customer. The number has to be ported from another operator and reach Talkmore before the end of November.

How many EuroBonus points does Trumf bonus give?
It depends which transfer you pick. An automatic transfer gives 13.5 EuroBonus points per krone of Trumf bonus. A one-off transfer gives 10 points per krone. The automatic one sends the bonus across by itself once your balance reaches the threshold you chose, and you can pick 50, 100 or 200 kroner.
Trumf publishes both rates on its own SAS EuroBonus page: 13.5 points per krone on an automatic transfer and 10 points per krone on a one-off.[1] That is 35 per cent more points for exactly the same bonus. It is one setting you flip once, and it applies to everything that lands while it is on.
| Automatic transfer | One-off transfer | |
|---|---|---|
| Points per krone | 13.5 | 10 |
| When it happens | Automatically once the balance reaches 50, 100 or 200 kroner | When you press transfer |
| What it takes to start | Your balance must be below the threshold you pick | Nothing |
| 1,500 kroner becomes | 20,250 points | 15,000 points |
The points work on SAS flights, and on hotels and car hire. The transfer only runs one way: once Trumf bonus has moved to SAS EuroBonus, you cannot move it back.[1]
Why does the automatic transfer have to be set up before the bonus arrives?
Because Trumf requires your balance to be below the threshold you pick before it lets you start an automatic transfer. The highest threshold is 200 kroner. With more than 200 kroner on your Trumf account you cannot start one until you have spent the balance down, which leaves only the one-off transfer at 10 points.
Trumf states it plainly in its own questions and answers: your Trumf bonus has to be lower than 200 kroner for you to start an automatic transfer.[1] The page for spending your bonus spells the rule out further: the balance must be lower than the amount of the automatic transfer, so if you pick the 200 kroner threshold you need less than 200 kroner on the account when you start it.[2]
This is what makes the order matter. A 1,500 kroner welcome bonus landing on an account with no automatic transfer running shuts you out of the 13.5 rate for as long as it sits there. You cannot get back under 200 kroner without using up nearly the whole bonus first, either in shops or through a one-off transfer at 10 points per krone. With the automatic transfer already on, the problem never arises.
- Log in to Trumf and go to spend bonus, then SAS EuroBonus.
- If the balance is over 200 kroner, spend it down first. Paying with bonus in shops, a bank transfer or a one-off transfer all work.
- Choose automatic transfer, set the threshold and activate it.
- Only then order the subscription, or do whatever triggers the large bonus.
You can stop an automatic transfer whenever you like. But if you stop it before the balance has reached the threshold you chose, nothing is transferred.[1]
What does the Talkmore campaign give, and when does it close?
Talkmore pays 1,500 kroner of Trumf welcome bonus to new customers who order between 29 September and 13 October 2026. The usual welcome bonus is 500 kroner, so this is three times as much. On top of that, Trumf members earn 4 per cent Trumf bonus on the mobile bill every month, campaign or no campaign.
Trumf and Talkmore state the same terms on their own pages.[3][4] You have to order digitally and identify yourself with Trumf during the order. The number has to be ported from another operator, and it has to reach Talkmore before the end of November for the gift to be paid.
| Condition | What applies |
|---|---|
| Order window | 29 September to 13 October 2026 |
| Number ported to Talkmore | Before the end of November |
| How you order | Digitally, signing in with Trumf during the order |
| The number | Has to be ported from another operator |
| Quarantine | No active Talkmore subscription in the last 3 months, and no other welcome gift in the last 12 |
| How many | One gift per person, per Trumf membership and per phone number. A family plan gets one gift |
| Lock-in | None, but switch operator before 2 months are up and the gift is not paid |
| Payout | After 2 months as a customer, the first working day after the 6th of the month |
You have to stay an active customer until the gift is paid, and you cannot change Trumf membership in the meantime.[4] The 4 per cent on the mobile bill is a separate thing that runs on regardless, and it cannot be combined with earning Norwegian Reward points.[4]
What is 1,500 kroner of Trumf bonus worth in EuroBonus points?
1,500 kroner becomes 20,250 EuroBonus points on an automatic transfer and 15,000 on a one-off. The gap is 5,250 points. That is arithmetic on Trumf's two published rates, 13.5 and 10 points per krone, and the only difference between the two numbers is which transfer was switched on when the bonus landed.
What 5,250 points are worth in kroner depends on what you redeem them for, and there is no single correct rate. What is fixed is the ratio between the two rates.[1] With the automatic transfer on, you get 35 per cent more points out of the very same bonus.
The same sum applies to all Trumf bonus, not just welcome gifts. Groceries at Meny, Kiwi, Joker or Spar, or spending on the Trumf credit card, earn bonus that converts at those same two rates. We go through the cards and the rates in the guide to earning EuroBonus points.
How Penge helps
Penge reads the mobile bill straight from your bank transactions, so you see what the subscription actually costs each month and when the next charge is due. If you switch operator, you see the difference in kroner rather than trusting the campaign price. You can switch on a notification for a price rise and for a charge due in a few days, so the two months the gift needs are not broken by an invoice you forgot.
